Qualifications

• JD or LL.M (Tax) required.
• 20+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience.
• Experience with national tax office work, accounting methods, or operating partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze federal income tax issues related to accounting methods, partnerships, LLCs, and more.
• Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring.
• Draft emails and memos; draft firm-wide alerts on developments.
• Assist with firm-wide trainings.
