Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience (large law firm, large accounting firm, or IRS preferred).
• J.D. required (Tax LL.M. preferred).
• Experience working with partnerships, S corporations, and/or C corporations.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze federal income tax issues including partnerships, S and C corporations, timing issues and accounting methods.
• Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructurings.
• Draft emails and memoranda for internal and client use.
