CohnReznick in Minneapolis seeks a Tax Associate (Class of 2027) to join our tax team. You will learn current tax theories, prepare returns for individuals, partnerships and corporations, and collaborate across offices.

We offer a hybrid work environment with in-person collaboration about 3 days per week, a robust Total Rewards package, and opportunities to grow through learning and development programs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting is required.
• Plan to complete 150 credit hours to pursue CPA licensure.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 in major and overall.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships and corporations.
• Identify tax issues and prepare tax adjusting entries and trial balances.
• Research filing requirements using internal codes and guidance.
• Manage multiple client projects and daily workflow.
• Draft tax technical memorandums.
