Qualifications

• Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment including on-call basis.
• Experience with Linux, Autosys, Windows OS, and monitoring tools.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Consult on moderately complex initiatives within Systems Operations Engineering.
• Review and analyze moderately complex challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.
• Collaborate with client personnel to meet Systems Operations Engineering deliverables.
• Lead resolution of complex issues and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with infrastructure and applications teams to resolve outages.
