The role supports a hybrid schedule with in-office Tue–Thu and remote Mon/Fri; requires Associate degree or 4+ years of Microsoft server experience, AD, Exchange, Office 365, and Azure, plus strong English and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Exchange and Azure environments.
• Strong Windows server administration and PowerShell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Review daily monitoring logs and reports.
• Plan and execute repairs on environment alerts.
• Test software for bugs, redundancies, and security issues.
• Document system performance statistics and reports.
• Meet SLA requirements.
• Manage hardware/virtual environments and storage.
