Job summary
Dynamo Technologies LLC is seeking a Systems Engineer to design, implement, and support secure, scalable storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions in a hybrid model (2–3 days onsite). The role involves collaboration with cross‑functional teams to improve reliability, performance, and compliance across on‑premises and government cloud environments.
The ideal candidate will have extensive storage engineering experience, DoW IT exposure, and hands‑on SAN management skills.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional engineering experience supporting enterprise storage and backup technologies.
- 2+ years hands‑on experience working with DoW IT systems.
- Hands‑on enterprise SAN management including FC zoning, iSCSI, NAS, LUNs, RAID.
- IAT II - Security+ Certification.
- Certifications such as AWS Architect/NetApp/Hitachi/Pure Storage are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop, integrate, and oversee storage arrays, backup solutions, and related components.
- Monitor data restore and disaster recovery capabilities; report on them.
- Propose process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Maintain backup solutions to meet mission objectives.
- Document policies and procedures for the storage environment.
