Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking a Systems Engineer to join its IT Division in Michigan. The role involves installing and supporting server hardware and software, monitoring performance and deploying fixes, and documenting incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; may consider candidates with extensive relevant experience.
• Experience with server installations and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure including Windows Server, AD, Exchange, SharePoint, web servers, System Center, virtualization, Linux, and containers.
• Ability to make logical decisions under supervision.
• Willingness to work occasionally outside normal hours.
• Clear written and verbal business communication; strong troubleshooting skills.
