Job summary

FNBO in Omaha, NE is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage designated systems applications and their supporting infrastructure, ensuring performance, reliability, and continuous improvement. You will monitor, patch and test upgrades, collaborate with business units and vendors, develop reports, and contribute to the application roadmap in a hybrid work environment (3 in-office days per week).

Candidates should have a MIS/CS degree, 3+ years IT experience, Salesforce experience, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS/CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years IT experience or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of Salesforce experience.
• Experience with third-party vendors and Agile Scrum.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task and manage timelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, and configure system applications and infrastructure.
• Monitor, patch and deploy changes.
• Test application functions and upgrades.
• Ensure performance and reliability of assigned applications.
• Collaborate with capability owner, business units and vendors.
• Provide input into the application roadmap.
• Develop system reporting and dashboards.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports.
• Coordinate data requests from business units.
• Enhance end-user knowledge and training.
• Participate in team projects and agile ceremonies.
