Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Systems Administrator III to support and manage enterprise IT infrastructure across AIX, RHEL, Windows and VMware. You will collaborate with peers to maintain high availability, perform upgrades, and resolve complex issues to keep services running smoothly.

The role requires strong automation, project leadership, and excellent communication to coordinate with multiple teams and vendors while delivering reliable IT services for our members.

Qualifications

• Five years experience administering IT systems in multi-platform environments.
• Experience with change, problem, release, configuration management.
• Strong MS and UNIX environment knowledge.
• Ability to automate tasks and document them.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lead projects and manage time.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery planning.
• Willingness to adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage AIX, RHEL, Windows and VMware infrastructure.
• Install, configure computing systems and related software.
• Lead or collaborate on complex software issues with vendors.
• Perform hardware installation, OS updates, patches, tuning.
• Propose software enhancements and participate in projects.
• Design automated solutions with architects for reliability.
• Document programs, system configurations and procedures.
• Mentor teammates and share knowledge.
• Ensure maximum systems availability.
• Prepare user documentation and status reports.
