Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks an experienced Switch Component Design and Release Engineer to design, develop and release switch components for vehicle programs. You will lead DFMEA, DVP&Rs, 8D processes and collaborate with suppliers, program teams and OCE to meet GPDS milestones.

The role requires a degree in engineering, 3+ years in electromechanical development, and a proven ability to work independently while driving cost targets and performance. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications
