A leading swim instruction company in Madison is seeking a Hybrid Swim Instructor / Lifeguard. The role involves teaching children essential swimming skills, ensuring safety, and providing excellent customer service in a fun environment. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience and relevant certifications, including CPR/AED. Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must possess Red Cross Lifeguard and CPR/AED certification.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75lbs.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming skills in accordance with SafeSplash® curriculum.
• Provide feedback to students and maintain class organization.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in the swimming environment.
