Job summary

Qualifications

• At least two years industry-related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Highly skilled in the use of a computer and the standard suite of Office tools.
• Willing to pursue and maintain professional competence, ethics, knowledge and skills.
• Handles sensitive and proprietary information confidentially.
• Ability to work independently within management parameters; self-initiated actions.

Responsibilities

• Align global and regional sustainability teams for standardization, audits and reporting.
• Support sustainability trials, equipment utilization and deployment of sustainable solutions.
• Model energy/water savings and financial impacts.
• Apply lean and six sigma to identify cost savings and improve processes.
• Develop globally aligned templates to reduce energy in can making per 2030 targets.
• Support equipment specifications relating to energy targets.
• Review collaborations with OEMs to meet sustainability targets.
• Maintain awareness of technical progress and drive improvements through meetings.
