As a Support Worker, you’ll work alongside Case Managers to support children and families, teaching life skills and connecting families to resources, while building healthy relationships and advocating for kids. This role offers meaningful impact and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or an Associate degree in Human Services.
• 2 Years previous work experience with children and families
• Willingness to learn—we’ll teach you the rest!

Responsibilities

• Teach life skills like handling emotions, healthy communication, and conflict resolution.
• Help connect families to resources and create plans to improve their lives.
• Be a positive influence by building relationships and advocating for kids and their families.
