Job summary

Mansfield Energy Corp. is seeking a Supply Optimization Analyst in the Denver area to drive cost-effective sourcing and logistics decisions. The role combines daily optimization, supplier negotiation, and bid support to improve purchasing economics and profitability.

Responsibilities include regional optimization, collaboration with sales, and ensuring contract compliance. The role offers a hybrid work schedule and a 5% annual bonus, with full benefits and paid time off as described.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business or a related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Petroleum or logistics experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access preferred

Responsibilities

• Sourcing decisions, dispatching, and allocation maintenance for an assigned region and nationwide support
• Support sales by identifying opportunities to sell excess supply
• Provide backup support for carrier partner communications
• Review daily optimization output to minimize fuel and freight costs
• Analyze optimization tracking data to identify supply improvements
• Ensure contract compliance on buy and sell sides
• Understand US oil infrastructure and logistics to aid P/L goals
• Assist bids or RFPs with data and differential sheets
• Gather data for new supplier options and enable system setups
• Verify all costs feed into the price management system and track outages
• Resolve cost discrepancies on supplier and carrier invoices
• Execute day deals as needed aligned with regional procurement strategy
