Qualifications

• Experience with process audits and quality improvement programs.
• Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a process audit schedule with the supply chain leadership team.
• Review process flows with local departmental leaders and provide performance assessments.
• Issue non-conformities based on observations and monitor corrective actions.
• Document audit progress and results for organizational leadership.
• Manage and update the UW Medicine supply chain policy and procedure database.
