Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join the Mission Systems team. This hybrid role supports an on-site schedule at Linthicum, MD, Rolling Meadows, IL or San Diego, CA, and involves overseeing Open Order Reports, material strategy, and supplier risk management.

You’ll collaborate with suppliers and programs to ensure on-time delivery, participate in quarterly supplier reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with a minimum of four years of experience in supply chain, contracts, business or closely related field OR Bachelor’s degree minimum of two years of experience in supply chain, contracts, business and/or closely related field.
• US Citizenship (Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance).

Responsibilities

• Perform Open Order Report (OOR) management to include dock dates, need dates, contract dates and program communications.
• Define and develop material strategy for on-time supplier delivery.
• Lead supplier issue management, prioritization, expediting.
• Analyze lead times and identify critical path procurements.
