Job summary

Cardinal Health in Riverview, FL (hybrid) seeks a Supply Chain Planning Advisor to ensure accurate Net Requirements flow to manufacturing sites and external partners, balancing production with material procurement for service and repair activities. This role supports maintaining sufficient finished goods and spare parts across the network to prevent shortages.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in supply chain planning preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field such as Supply Chain or equivalent.
• APICS CPIM CSCP preferred.
• SAP or Kinaxis experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply plans based on RMA trends, commercial strategy, and other inputs.
• Monitor finished goods and spare parts availability to meet service requirements.
• Analyze service level and backorder performance; identify root causes.
• Recommend and implement supply planning and inventory improvements.
• Drive reduction of excess and obsolete inventory risk and Last Time Buy planning.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate supply and service risks with stakeholders.
• Lead and support strategic supply planning initiatives and system integrations.
• Host regular meetings with plants and external manufacturers to address supply challenges.
• Conduct monthly Supply Reviews as part of the S&OP process.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

Education
