You will collaborate with suppliers, engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams to ensure material availability, improve supplier performance, and support growth during high-volume ramps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations or related field.
• 5+ years managing suppliers, global factories, or commodity-based supply chains.
• 4+ years ERP/SAP experience.
• 3+ years leading process improvement or procurement optimization.
• 5+ years supporting complex manufacturing or high-tech supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor material movement to support manufacturing demand.
• Coordinate material requirements with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Establish supplier performance metrics and monitor delivery, quality, and responsiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement, inventory control, and manufacturing strategies.
• Develop supplier plans to ensure material availability aligns with forecast.
