Clorox is seeking a Supply Chain HR Specialist - Early Careers to own end-to-end recruiting for early-career programs, including internships and rotations. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and measure leadership development and campus recruiting initiatives, ensuring a candidate-centric experience.

Based at Alpharetta, GA with a hybrid schedule (three days in office, two remote).

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3-5 years in early-career talent programs and recruiting.
• Experience with campus, internship, co-op, or rotational programs.
• Strong data and confidentiality practices.
• Proficient MS 365 tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for early-career programs, including planning, sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Lead program calendars, processes, and materials for consistency and scale.
• Manage candidate and program data in Workday; track progress and milestones.
• Support campus events, conferences, and talent-engagement activities including logistics and budget.
• Partner with stakeholders to measure outcomes and drive improvements.
