Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Supply Chain Co-Op in North America (US, Arkansas, Rogers) to collaborate with customers and internal teams, focusing on end-to-end supply chain optimization. You will analyze product flow, identify opportunities, and support process improvements across order management, inventory and analytics.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with a January start and a 40-hour work week during the 2027–2028 program period.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in SCM, Business, Logistics, or related field.
• Available to work full time 40 hours/week during July 2027–May 2028.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with SAP (S/4Hana), BW, EDI, or ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to optimize end-to-end supply chain.
• Analyze product flow and identify opportunities using advanced tools.
• Support end-to-end solutions to improve service and reduce costs.
• Assist in implementing process improvements and cross-functional alignment.
• Utilize SAP, BW, EDI, and ERP systems for order processing and analytics.
• Contribute to dashboard metrics and performance reporting.
• Learn and apply new technologies to enhance planning accuracy.
