Fortune Brands Innovations in the United States is seeking a qualified engineer to support quality and EHSS metrics within a hybrid work model. The role involves data analysis, ESG data collection, and collaboration with multiple functions to drive improvements.

The ideal candidate will hold a BS in engineering or science, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient with analytics and data visualization tools like QlikView, QlikSense, and Tableau.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or basic sciences is required.
• Analytical mindset with ability to drive quality improvements.
• Experience applying analytics to manufacturing or EHSS processes.

Responsabilités

• Manage and execute processes for recurring monitoring and reporting Quality and EHSS metrics, including CoQ, Product Reviews, and Defective Returns.
• Analyze new and existing data sources to identify and remedy in-market quality issues and business process inefficiencies.
• Interact with Call Centers, Product Managers, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and other cross-functional partners to investigate customer product performance issues, develop recommendations to improve quality outcomes and business value, and drive implementation of corrective actions.
• Collect and analyze ESG data as part of on-going ESG data monitoring and annual ESG Report development.
• Serve as system administrator for EHSS management systems, including access requests, system metrics, and user training.
