The candidate will drive continuous improvement across the supplier base, support new product introductions, and monitor supplier performance to deliver defect-free parts on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant subject.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Supplier Quality Engineer role within aerospace or a similar regulated industry.
• Experience with quality tools and methodologies (8D, 5 Why, FMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, MSA, SPC, APQP, AS9100).
• Proficiency with AS9100 and other aerospace standards; root cause analysis and CAPA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier assessments and audits to evaluate quality systems.
• Manage and resolve non-conformances, including CAPA implementation.
• Support development and implementation of supplier improvement plans and approve PPAP submissions.
• Monitor supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing to ensure smooth transitions into production and ongoing production.
• Support NPI and supplier transitions as part of APQP/PPAP.
