Job summary

IntelliGenesis is seeking an experienced Super Intelligence SME to bridge cutting-edge SI innovation with workforce transformation. You will work across IG Labs to translate SI capabilities into learning experiences, certifications, and mission-focused training.

You will lead curriculum development, define SI standards, and collaborate with researchers, engineers, and instructional designers to ensure SI is understood, adopted, and operationalized across the national security community.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• Degree in a technical field as listed.
• 10+ years in AI/ML, data science, or related areas.
• Proven SI technology applications to missions or research.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, agentic SI, and SI architectures.
• Familiarity with Responsible SI, governance, and federal policies.
• Strong SI methodologies, architectures, and workflows.
• Ability to explain complex tech to varied audiences.
• Proficient Python development and codebase analysis.
• Solid software engineering and system design fundamentals.
• Experience in ML domains (NLP, CV, autonomy).
• Quick learner and adaptable to new domains.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal AI advisor for SI education and workforce training.
• Collaborate with researchers/engineers to map SI tech to training.
• Define skills, competencies, and certification standards for SI-ready workforce.
• Guide curriculum, labs, simulations, and practical exercises.
• Provide technical leadership across Generative SI, LLMs, and ML/SD topics.
• Ensure content aligns with evolving industry, gov strategies, and ops needs.
• Develop mission-relevant SI use cases for real-world challenges.
• Support SI demonstrations, workshops, and customer engagements.
• Evaluate emerging tech and advise on training priorities.
• Contribute to IntelliGenesis' SI strategy and workforce transformation.
