This individual will work closely with IG Labs researchers, AI engineers, mission experts, and instructional designers to ensure that emerging AI capabilities are translated into meaningful learning experiences, workforce development initiatives, and operationally relevant training programs. This is an opportunity to influence not only how AI is developed, but how it is understood, adopted, and employed across the national security community.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the principal AI technical advisor supporting AI education, workforce development, and mission‑focused training initiatives
  • Collaborate with IG Labs researchers and engineers to identify emerging AI technologies and translate them into workforce development opportunities

    • Generative AI
    • Large Language Models (LLMs)
    • Agentic AI
    • Machine Learning

  • Ensure training content remains aligned with current industry advancements, government AI strategies, and operational mission requirements
  • Develop mission‑relevant use cases demonstrating how AI can be applied to solve real‑world challenges
  • Support AI demonstrations, workshops, technical exchanges, and customer engagements
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations regarding future workforce development and training priorities
  • Contribute thought leadership supporting IntelliGenesis' AI strategy, innovation initiatives, and workforce transformation efforts.
Required Qualifications
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical discipline
  • 10+ years of technical experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, advanced analytics, or related technical fields

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, or Federal Government organizations
  • Experience developing technical training, certifications, workshops, or workforce development programs
  • Published research, conference presentations, patents, or demonstrated contributions to AI innovation initiatives
