Responsibilities

• Collaborate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where ideas are discussed openly.
• Deliver new features and improve reliability of core services including read/write paths for customer intake, application screening, and information dissemination.
• Identify major system bottlenecks or flaws in business logic and address them proactively.
• Take ownership over core product problems and prove impact with data at scale.
• Work across the stack to solve problems without reliance on other teams.
• Participate in a mentoring circle led by an early career champion.
• Interact with GDIT leaders and participate in professional development.
