Job summary

KeyBank's Enterprise Marketing Internship is a 10.5-week program offering meaningful work, coaching, and events to spark interest in a full-time career at Key. Interns contribute to line-of-business projects, collaborate across Branding, Sponsorships, Creative, Digital Platform and Marketing Analytics, and gain exposure to client needs and tactical recommendations.

Qualifications

• Must have completed at least two years toward a four-year, undergraduate degree program with coursework in marketing, communications, or related field with an anticipated graduation in or before May of 2028
• Outstanding academic achievement (minimum undergraduate 3.0 GPA)
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork from past work experience and/or extracurricular activities
• Bring solid analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong preference for candidates with knowledge of Marketing Analytics Tools including Google or Adobe Analytics, Tableau or Power BI, and/or advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPS
• Digital Marketing Platforms, including content management systems and email marketing tools
• Data & Research Skills, including SQL or Python basics

Responsibilities

• Support marketing managers in creating marketing plans and executing programs
• Work with marketing managers to understand scope and context of projects for each line of business and assist in bringing to project to fruition, depending on timeline
• Research competition by marketing functioning by performing gap analysis along with recommendations for consideration by the branding/marketing channel
• Coordinate day-to-day deliverables with internal stakeholders and other line of business and enterprise partners
• Support reporting on marketing metrics where appropriate
• Assist in maintaining budget updates and spreadsheets where appropriate, depending on marketing team
