Job summary

The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) offers a summer internship in the Legal department at its Chicago office. The program spans 12 weeks in a hybrid environment, with in-office days to support collaboration and learning.

Interns will engage in meaningful projects and gain exposure to regulatory, commercial, and governance matters. Open to Law students (graduate school) in their 2nd or 3rd year and undergraduates; completion of 1–2 years of law school is desirable.

Qualifications

• Law student (graduate school) - rising 3rd year or rising 2nd year.
• Completion of one or two years of Law School.
• Undergraduate BA or BS.

Responsibilities

• Ad hoc projects for Legal department attorneys to support Legal processes and/or provision of legal advice to OCC stakeholders
• Legal research, analysis, and writing
• Development of presentations for Legal department collaboration and education
