Job summary

Constellation is seeking a motivated finance student for a paid summer internship at our Baltimore headquarters. The program runs about 10 weeks, from June through August, with hybrid work options and exposure to FP&A, accounting, treasury, risk, and related finance projects.

You will work under supervision, gain real-world experience, and develop analytical and teamwork skills in a collaborative environment. Visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• GPA minimum 2.8 overall / 3.0 major.
• Strong academic performance.
• Team-oriented, collaborative mindset.
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Assist FP&A on projects and analyses.
• Support accounting close and reporting tasks.
