Job summary

Constellation seeks highly motivated students for paid Summer 2027 Finance internships at our Baltimore headquarters in a hybrid capacity. The internships will run approximately 10 weeks, from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027.

Interns will work on specific projects designed to help them gain real-world, hands-on experience, working independently under an assigned supervisor in the FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Credit and Risk departments.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum GPA: 2.8 Cumulative / 3.0 Major
• A track record of outstanding academic performance.
• Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Interns will work on specific projects designed to help them gain real-world, hands-on experience.
• Assist FP&A with close and reporting tasks.
• Support departments across Accounting, Treasury, Credit, and Risk with project work.
