Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active Kentucky behavioral health licensure (LCSW, LMHC, etc.) with willingness to reciprocity in other states.
• Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in an SUD setting.
• Proficient with EMR, Telehealth, and Google products.
• Willingness to work 2–3 evenings per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day.
• Facilitate group discussions using approved modalities within clinical framework.
• Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
• Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
• Support a recovery-oriented environment and engage in community outreach.
