Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil or structural engineering from an accredited university.
• Must possess 5 years of post‑graduate experience.
• Methodical approach to problem solving to undertake tasks efficiently and independently.
• Excellent verbal communication skills for liaising with clients and team members.
• Excellent technical written communication and attention to detail, with ability to produce accurate technical drawings and reports.
• Excellent teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification or ability to obtain one in NY, MA, or CT.
• Experience/interest in engineering projects from study, internships, or related memberships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs.
• Attend site inspections, investigations, and monitoring.
• Actively participate in project, client, and team meetings.
• Review, prepare, and modify designs.
• Analyze reports, specifications, and studies.
• Gain exposure to project, commercial, and client management.
