Qualifications

• 1+ years in Strategic Sourcing with 3 years of Manufacturing experience.
• Strong ethics, safety, and compliance with company code of conduct.
• Proven leadership in sourcing and supplier relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Supports development and governance of sourcing strategies for assigned commodity categories.
• Communicates and ensures governance of the corporate-wide Sourcing strategy.
• Manages cost reduction, supplier delivery, quality, and supplier lead time reduction goals.
• Uses analytics and ERP data to support decisions and optimize value for Kennametal.
