Exelon and its ComEd business are seeking a Senior Quantitative Analyst to join the Advanced Analytics team in Oak Brook, IL. The role focuses on building proprietary simulation models for portfolio valuation, pricing, risk management, and strategic planning of utility initiatives.

You will collaborate with economists, financial engineers, risk analysts and policy experts, applying advanced quantitative methods and robust programming to translate insights into actionable business outcomes for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field required.
• 4-7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of applied and financial mathematics concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop valuation, risk management, and pricing models.
• Build proof-of-concept demonstration systems for new modeling approaches.
• Translate quantitative concepts into robust system design and architecture.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior analysts.
• Collaborate with IT to develop data structures and BI reporting platform.
• Partner with analytics teams across ComEd and the Enterprise to expand models.
