The Washington Area Community Investment Fund (WACIF) seeks a Senior Program and Project Lead to strengthen execution, accountability, and impact across advisory services and signature programs. You will partner with Program Directors to advance goals, monitor budgets with Finance, and drive improvements across operations.

Qualifications

• Track program performance, ensure grant compliance, and support grant objectives.
• Collaborate with program directors and managers to meet goals.
• Monitor budgets with Finance and drive process improvements.
• Lead cross-departmental project execution and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor advisory services programs for grant compliance and objectives.
• Review activities and reports to ensure performance metrics.
• Coordinate with managers to address gaps and improve outcomes.
• Design project boards and track milestones using Monday.com.
• Prepare reports for senior management and the board.
