Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 7+ years of Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or Operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or Operations experience.
• Master's degree and 3+ years of Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or Operations experience.
• JD/PhD and 9+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or Operations experience.
• U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident required

Responsibilities

• Effective management of supplier relationships and strategic direction of partners and suppliers, including escalation, conflict resolution, in-contract performance, and KPI reporting.
• Lead complex negotiations with total cost lifecycle models, contracts, and business cases to maximize value across major categories.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain integrated commodity/category supplier strategies with a clear vision and framework for designated supply chains.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial risks to ensure continuity and resilience in the supply chain.
• Manage and mentor a team of buyers to achieve superior outcomes for the business.
