Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance required.
• 4 years of experience in strategic analysis or a related role.
• CPA, CMA, or similar certification preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Internal Only: Experience with Community Coffee may fulfill this requirement at hiring manager's discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage budget and strategic planning across multiple business units.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive cost savings and revenue growth.
• Provide regular reporting to senior leadership comparing actual results to budget and forecast.
• Lead the Five-Year Strategic Plan process with forecast modeling and presentation development.
• Mentor Financial Analyst I and II teams and review analyses prepared by juniors.
