Job summary

Raise Your Hand Texas is seeking a Communications and Digital Campaigns Manager in Austin, TX. The role leads integrated advocacy campaigns, digital conversion journeys, and data-driven campaign optimization.

You will report to the Senior Director of Strategic Communications and collaborate across communications, marketing, advocacy, and policy teams to advance the organization’s mission. You will translate policy issues into compelling content, oversee user-facing app communications, and drive

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, communications, PR, or related field.
Minimum 7 years in strategic communications, digital marketing campaigns, or PR—preferably in association/non-profit/advocacy.
3+ years leading independent communications projects or managing external vendors.
Hands-on proficiency with CRMs, Google Analytics, mass email automation, and in-house video creation tools.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize digital conversion journeys to grow networks and turn followers into advocates.
Lead strategic support across owned, earned, social, paid media and advertising.
Develop and analyze reports to optimize regional issue campaigns.
Translate complex policy issues into compelling, high-performing content using analytics and storytelling.
