Howden Re is seeking an Associate Director to join the Strategic Advisory team in Edina, MN. You will lead strategic engagements, work with senior executives, and mentor juniors while driving opportunities for growth and improved performance across client organizations.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, project ownership, and a collaborative, high-impact team culture in a dynamic reinsurance environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in strategy consulting, insurance, reinsurance, financial services or related analytical advisory role.
• Ability to engage senior leadership and executives with confidence and maturity.
• Proven ability to manage workstreams and drive projects from analysis to delivery.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support strategic advisory engagements for insurance/reinsurance clients.
• Own deliverables and contribute to client relationship management.
