Responsibilities

• Keep delegation documentation current as the work outpaces it.
• Notice the sharp-but-gentle gap between the spec and the shipped thing.
• Keep skills current through ongoing training and self-directed learning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable FL regulations.
• Carry the Stakeholder Management thread across three time zones and two tools.
• Convert Interpersonal Skills chaos into a backlog someone can actually work.
• Build and sustain strong working relationships across departments.
