JobDiva, Inc. is seeking a Store Designer to support the development and execution of on-brand retail environments across North American locations. The role translates design standards into store-specific layouts while ensuring functionality and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of professional design experience in retail or branded environments, strong AutoCAD skills, and proficiency with SketchUp, Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design.
• 3–5 years of professional design experience, preferably retail store design.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with SketchUp, Bluebeam, Enscape, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Strong 3D modeling, rendering, sketching, and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, details, and shop drawings.
• Understanding of retail design standards, materials, finishes, and construction documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational and PM skills.
• Ability to collaborate with architects, consultants, construction teams, VM, and store operations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop floor plans, storefront elevations, 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials.
• Translate brand standards into site-specific retail environments.
• Ensure designs adhere to design guidelines, brand strategy, and local codes.
• Create and review architectural drawings and shop drawings for accuracy.
• Direct and coordinate with third-party consultants to meet schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams for cohesive project execution.
• Work with Construction, Purchasing, Visual Merchandising, and Store Operations to deliver stores.
• Maintain design integrity while addressing operational and site-specific requirements.
• Identify issues affecting schedules or costs and propose solutions.
• Respond quickly to evolving business needs and new store prototypes.
• Manage multiple store design projects across lifecycle stages.
• Maintain awareness of current retail, architectural, and interior design trends.
