Qualifications

• Experience with SQL, Tableau, Google, FOCUS, Excel, Visio, OnBase and other data management programs.
• Strong statistical and business analysis skills.
• Ability to create databases and write queries.
• Knowledge of laws and policies governing security and privacy of data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex data sets and identify trends.
• Gather, read, interpret and maintain data for analytics, policy decisions, and operations.
• Develop standards to detect problems with data consistency and completeness.
• Create graphs and longitudinal flowcharts.
• Interpret and write statistical report narratives.
• Communicate complex information to nontechnical audiences.
• Provide technical support to database end users.
