Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school, in good standing with a U.S. state bar.
• Eligible to seek admission to the Wisconsin bar at the earliest opportunity required.
• Minimum of 3 years of active legal practice in utilities, energy, or corporate law.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on procurement, contracting, and related documents.
• Counsel management on legal risks, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Collaborate with Legal Services to improve processes and efficiency.
• Oversee major contractual transactions and litigation matters.
• Assist with corporate procedures, budgets, and external communications.
