Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Up to 3 years related experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must be able to manage time on many different projects at once.
• Microsoft Dynamics and Concur experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and compile journal entries from various internal and external sources such as merchant processors, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash receipts billing and associated revenue records.
• Record all banking transactions (cash receipts, payments, etc.) in GL and complete monthly bank account reconciliations.
• Prepare and complete weekly bank account transfers.
• Assemble data from off-site personnel and other departments to prepare employee reimbursements for all managed companies. Review data for timeliness accuracy, and adherence to company policies.
• Communication with vendors, employees, and multiple bank representatives.
• Provide support to field operations and collaborate with other internal departments for process improvements.
• Monitor and complete regular administrative maintenance of 50+ bank accounts.
• Prepare and analyze documents for year-end audit and Federal and State tax returns.
• Provide financial data to management team.
• Work with auditors during interim and annual financial audits by providing necessary support and detail.
• Conform with and abide by all internal controls, regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
• All other duties as assigned.
