Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience supporting month-end close and reconciliations.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• ERP system experience preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Desire to learn, grow and take on more responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Support the month-end close process, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and monthly reporting packages.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit support activities.
• Support fixed asset accounting and other general ledger responsibilities.
• Partner cross-functionally with operations and business leaders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Utilize Excel, ERP systems and technology tools to support accounting and reporting.
