Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is seeking an experienced accounting professional responsible for proper and timely recording of financial transactions in the general ledger in accordance with GAAP. You will prepare and maintain various financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

The role includes balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and ad hoc reporting. Strong Excel and data analysis skills, plus familiarity with Oracle/Sage Fixed Assets, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a BS/BA in a related discipline with 2–5 years of experience; MS/MA may apply with 2–4 years.
• Certification may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions in the general ledger in accordance with GAAP.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries; audit entries for accuracy.
• Analyze financial reports to guide reserves, assets and expenditures.
• Produce ad hoc reports as needed.
• Provide guidance to junior staff when needed.
