Job summary

Developmental Pathways seeks a Database Developer to join our Aurora, CO team. You will design, implement, and maintain SQL Server-based data warehouses, ETL/ELT processes, and reporting solutions to support enterprise analytics.

Hybrid work model in Aurora with a balanced on-site and remote component. A Bachelor's degree in a computer-related or business field and 4+ years of related experience are expected, along with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Strong technical depth in SQL Server development and T-SQL.
• 4+ years as a Database Developer, SQL Developer, or similar role.
• Experience with SSIS, SSRS, SQL Server, and Power BI support.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, schema design, and ETL/ELT processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to build and optimize scalable SQL Server, ETL/ELT, and data warehouse solutions.
• Develop and maintain databases, SSIS processes, and reporting objects for enterprise reporting and analytics.
• Improve performance, reliability, and data quality through tuning, validation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Support data governance, documentation, and compliance standards across the data platform.
• Contribute to Agile project delivery and collaborate with data and business stakeholders to meet organizational needs.
