Job summary

Qualifications

Master’s degree in a relevant engineering or physics field and 1 year of related motorsports experience.
Experience with top-level motorsports series and race operations.
Proficient in Python, MATLAB, and VBA for analysis and tooling.
Proven ability to analyze vehicle performance and derive actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

Drive on-track performance improvements through long-term development directions and event-specific configurations.
Perform analysis across vehicle dynamics, simulation, DIL data, and reporting tasks.
Collaborate with GM teams and support race teams to align objectives and communicate findings.
Develop and refine tools and methods with GM Software group for production workflows.
Present findings and recommendations through reports and in-person follow-ups.
