Responsibilities

• Adhere to KPI’s around lead appointments, close rates and sales quota.
• Respond promptly to leads and process sales through systems.
• Inspect and perform pest control treatments for residential and commercial customers.
• Enter/exit structures and perform fieldwork including stairs and ladders.
• Provide premier customer service and resolve pest issues.
• Read and interpret pesticide labels for safe product mixing.
• Record activities and complete paperwork after services.
• Maintain equipment, vehicle and gas card.
• Follow up on sold work to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote safety and a culture of safety within the team.
• Support integration with marketing and service teams to optimize leads.
