• Keep SAMR Model handoffs warm so NY partners never feel dropped.
• Turn a vague hybrid mandate into work Enbridge can measure.
• Read between the lines of what New York customers actually need.
• Stitch together Delegation and Rubric Design into one coherent workflow.
