Job summary

Calculated Hire is seeking a detail-oriented Space Planner for a Brentwood, TN contract role. Hybrid work—in-office 2-3 days a week—partner with merchandising and store operations to develop and optimize planograms and space allocation.

You will manage master data for replenishment, analyze planogram performance, and ensure accuracy across SAP/IKB and space management systems like JDA/Intactix/Blue Yonder. Requires 3+ years space planning and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of space planning or planogram experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience with space management systems (JDA/Intactix/Blue Yonder).
• Strong analytical skills for planogram and POS data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage all planograms (inline, promotional, display) using space management systems.
• Develop clustered merchandise planograms based on assortments and store clustering.
• Maintain master data for replenishment, shelf labels, fixture needs and product details.
• Ensure data accuracy across SAP/IKB when creating planograms and assignments.
• Support line reviews and coordinate handoffs for ordering to match planograms.
• Analyze store and planogram performance to optimize space and assortments.
• Provide analytics for inventory management, including minimums and depth.
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, store ops and vendors on displays.
